I got this monitor as a baby shower gift and loved it! There was an issue with the volume button and the screen got stuck on night mode (even in bright lit room) I reached out to Motorola and they replaced the entire unit! We are so grateful and appreciate how amazing the customer service was! The monitor is great and we love the ability to move the camera from the monitor!
